Changing Trends in the Treatment in Gastroenterology

Recent biological and medicinal breakthroughs have revealed the processes of chronic liver inflammation and resulted in the development of new treatments for a variety of liver illnesses. The goal of this issue is to describe the present state of knowledge about chronic liver inflammation and its consequences, both on a scientific and clinical level.
